    in questo centro ho scoperto lo yoga. ho capito cosa sia lo yoga, intesa come disciplina olistica che va oltre la semplice pratica fisica. il connubio tra corpo, respirazione e propriocezione (mi si perdonino termini erronei). L'ambiente è raccolto, intimo, accogliente. Gli insegnanti sono preparatissimi e riescono a coinvolgere e trasportare in un mondo meraviglioso. Una menzione anche alla clientela: persone pientamente rispettose dell'altro.
