    Il percorso di mindfulness di 8 settimane con Sophie Liberatore è stato bellissimo. Accompagnandoci con la sua voce e la sua dolcezza ha offerto a ciascuno di noi (un gruppo davvero carino!) la possibilità di prendere uno spazio prezioso di silenzio e di respiro per accedere a una consapevolezza non giudicante su quello che incontriamo dentro di noi. Lo ricomincerei domani ️

    Ho avuto l'occasione di intraprendere il corso con Sophie e che dire veramente un corso fantastico, che ti colpisce e ti fa capire molte cose.nello specifico ti fa capire che andiamo sempre di corsa e abbiamo poco tempo per noi. Piano piani provo a mettere in pratica gli insegnamenti. Sophie molto disponibile e nel bisogno ti consiglia anche fuori corso.

    Grazie davvero spero di rifare un nuovo corso.
