Esperienza da provare con una insegnante perfetta per questa disciplina. Aiuta a ritrovare se stessi e a conoscere il nostro corpo oltre che noi stessi! Professionalità e tanta energia positiva, cosa che in questo momento ce n'è tanto bisogno. Sempre alla ricerca di cose nuove con tanto studio ed impegno. Complimenti per tutto!!

Grazie Daniela!!! Sono una ex fumatrice, anni fa ho iniziato a seguire una pneumologa e yoga con Daniela, all'ultimo controllo ripetendo la spirometria i risultati erano notevolmente migliorati rispetto al controllo precedente! e il medico mi ha detto di fare i i complimenti alla mia insegnante yoga dicendo che pochi insegnanti lavorano così bene con il respiro!!!
