Quando ho cominciato a frequentare la shala non avevo mai praticato yoga, non facevo attività fisica ed ero molto incerto sui risultati che avrei potuto conseguire: con Eszter è cominciato un viaggio che continua ancora oggi! È un'insegnante che con pazienza ha saputo capire i miei limiti e allo stesso tempo mi ha spronato pian piano a superarli. Con lei ci si sente a proprio agio… ha creato uno spazio di condivisione e in cui stare bene e per questo la ringrazio!

Quando, due anni fa, ho deciso di provare a praticare yoga e ho contattato per la prima volta Eszter le mie aspettative erano alte, ma non immaginavo che la shala sarebbe diventata presto un luogo così speciale per me…e che mi sarei addirittura svegliata con piacere all'alba per andare alla pratica delle 7!
