First things first: Die vom Besitzer auf diversen Plattformen gezeigten Bilder sind uralt und entsprechen nicht annähernd der Realität.
Hier meine grauenhaften Erfahrungen: Der Transfer vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft war mit einem Fiat 600 (altes Baujahr). Das Fahrzeug ist extrem klein.
Das Gebäude der Unterkunft ist sehr alt und entsprechend hellhörig. Man hört die Nachbarn sich im Bett umdrehen, da die Metallbetten sehr stark quietschen und knarren. Das Zimmer (lila), welches ich erhalten habe (1 von 4), ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Auch habe ich den Nachbar gegenüber getroffen und mich mit ihm über die Unterkunft unterhalten — auch er war schwer enttäuscht.
Auf dem Boden hat man Flecken und Spalten zwischen dem Laminat, die Wände sind verkratzt/beschädigt, die Tür zum Bad ist von beiden Seiten modrig und die Farbe blättert ganzflächig ab. Der Geruch in dem Zimmer war nicht angenehm. Es gibt eine Heizung, die nicht funktioniert, nur eine Klimaanlage, welche angeblich auch heizen soll, allerdings schafft die Klimaanlage nicht den Raum zu beheizen, sodass (bei 0—3°C Außentemperatur) der Raum auf höchstens 18—20°C beheizt werden kann. Es war einfach nur kalt. Zudem muss man die Klimaanlage die ganze Nacht laufen lassen, da das Zimmer sonst komplett auskühlt. Der Fernseher ist sehr klein, sodass man vom Bett aus nichts erkennen kann und es hängen Kabel herunter. Die Bettbeleuchtung geht mitten in der Nacht einfach an.
Das Bad ist in einem noch schlechteren Zustand. Die Dusche lässt sich kaum verschließen. Die Griffe von den Duschkabinentüren sind lose. Die Befestigung vom Duschkopf ist lose, weshalb man diesen beim Duschen immer in der Hand halten muss. Die Fugen sind voller Schimmel. Der Sockel vom WC wurde unordentlich zugekleistert oder mit Farbe überstrichen und es schimmelt durch. In der WC-Innenseite sind Kalk-/Urinsteinablagerungen vorhanden. Man kann Föhn und Klimaanlage nicht gleichzeitig benutzen, da es die Sicherung zuverlässig raushaut.
Frühstück ist 1 kleiner Kaffee und 1 kleines Sandwich in einem Café gegenüber, wenn man mehr möchte, muss man selbst bezahlen.… – show

Ingresso dell'appartamento è stretto e pieno di cose. La stanza e il bagno sono da ristrutturare. Orribili erano. La luce led sotto il letto si accende e spengne da sola con gli orari assurdi. Le lampade da comodino sono rotti e non funzionano. Soffocato dal deodorante dell'ambiente, non sanno cos'è profumo del pulito. Brutta esperienza!

the led light you have to turn off the switch before you make noise, when you make noise, it automatically turn off itself… that's you got disappointed

Sconsigliatissimo, nessun servizio, molto sporco da evitare.
This one is good place to stay.. near by to Vatican.. good access to metro and bus.. nice staff

The location is good, 4min walking to the bus stop. The room and bathroom were clean. There was air conditioning. You couldn't hear street noise. The noise when people walk through the hall was very loud. The bed was bad. It is a wierd place, a small and messy hall that gives entrance to 3 rooms that don't look at all like the photos. Our flight arrived at 5am, so we asked the owner if we could checkin at the morning and pay the half day's fee, but he wasn't willing to compromise.
Thanks for the review, to be honest, you had not asked the money for the first day, actually speaking why should I give you the money in the first place…
If you would have booked the room for one day, the other day will be booked my someone else and sure i'll get the money…
Just because you booked the room for 2 days and you checked in the 2nd day for your OWN CONVENIENCE, not mine…and mostly I woke up 5AM in the morning to receive you to check in…(I get nothing for that. Did I ask you money for late check in as per policy, no right…then why you're putting so much drama…
nonostante avessi indicato tramite prenotazione l' ora di arrivo, ho dovuto aspettare più di un' ora che arrivasse il gestore poiché era al cinema.. inoltre al suo arrivo, mi è stato fatto notare che gli risultava una prenotazione per 2 persone e non per 3. ho dovuto mostrare la mia conferma di prenotazione di Booking per chiarire che era per 3 persone dopodiché l' accettata senza problemi. insomma, per ciò che ho pagato, la stanza era più che accettabile manca però un po' di professionalità nella gestione.… – show

LEGGERE! IL PROPRIETARIO CONTINUA A CANCELLARE PER NASCONDERE LA VERITà! Subito tentativo di truffa, una volta prenotato su booking.com il gestore mi chiedeva di pagare un sovrapprezzo in loco in nero o altrimenti di cancellare perché si sarebbe premurato lui di riservarmi una stanza senza alcuna garanzia pur di convincermi a cancellare. Una volta detto che avrei contatto il servizio clienti mi ha scritto “Ho appena detto della mia situazione che pensavo l'avresti presa in considerazione. Va bene se non lo stai considerando”. Prendere in considerazione di pagare di più perché hai deciso di alzare i prezzo quando io ho prenotato più di un mese fa? Senza parole. Zero sicurezze. Mai arrivata e sconsiglio a chiunque di avere a che fare con questo gestore.… – show

Il b&b si posiziona in una zona abbastanza collegata e strategica per soggiornare a Roma. Mi è piaciuta l'idea delle camere colorate, ma oltre questo niente di più. Lo sporco è ovunque in questa camera, per non parlare del bagno…doccino rotto, miscelatore del lavabo rotto, phon sporchissimo tutto appiccicoso. Gli asciugamani puzzavano di cipolla così come tutto il b&b. Il proprietario ti accoglie scalzo e senza alcuna mascherina per tutelare gli ospiti. È venuto anche a bussare perché voleva entrare per vedere lo scaldabagno. Direi che per 70€ a notte c'è molto di meglio. Salvo soltanto la zona e per una notte ce lo siamo fatti andar bene. Non vi fidate delle foto perché non esiste tutto di quello che vedete.… – show

potessi ne metterei 10 di stelle! Pulito, comodoe accogliente,il Sig.Paolo è molto attento alle necessità dell'ospite!!situato in punto strategico per mezzi di superficie e non lo straconsiglio,superfornita la zona di parcheggio,tabacchi e ristoranti e negozi.Se devi venire a Roma e trovare la soluzione di qualità prezzo vieni qui!!!!!

The owner is the rudest man i've ever met, one morning he was arguing loudly & aggressively with his companion whilst waking up the whole building. I went to knock at his door to ask him to keep it down and when he opened the door he screamed aggressively (treathening me) at me saying that he lives here as well and his needs weren't met either during my stay. Well may i ask who the hell is the paying costumer and who's the one who's getting paid here? The paying costumer & owner (who's getting paid) roles and appropriateness (not to mention his extremely poor manners) are not really clear to him indeed. I do not recommend anybody to come and stay here.… – show
this guy awaked all the hotel moving fornitures at 3 0 clock in the morning and banged my door in a very rude way when i was speaking with my wife 45 minutes before his check out at 10.00 clock in the morning.I just reacted asking him to do not forget that this was not his house but a public place and bang the door in that way was very ingnorant and unpolite.Then all was solved we spoke in a kind way than now the revenge!!Very nice when you are alone to come here to lie!He had problems also with the hotel where he was before mine i think nobody wants a customer like him look how he leaved the room full of garbage and very dirty!!… – show

I loved the experience in Rome. The room we got was very clean in a good neighborhood. Keep in mind that you don't find any big market open after 8 PM closed to the apartment so buy water in advance.

Good location for Vatican museum and cathedral. The owner is very friendly.
