    Terrible experience with Crown tours. We were not able to get our visit because the people from Crown Tours did not pick us up at the place indicated by our operator “Get Your Guide”. They mixed information, and were very rude when we finally met. They tried to put all responsability on our shoulders, saying we have been late which was a lie. No alternative proposed, no reimbursment, for a visit for 4 people. This event just devastated our family stay in Rome.

    Hicimos el tour del Coliseo con Sonia en Español, es arqueóloga de profesión entonces más que un tour tienes una charla que incluye detalles particulares que ha encontrado en su trabajo, más que tour fue una charla con una buena profesora con buen sentido del humor! Súper recomendada!

    Visite ce matin du mont palatin, du forum romain puis du colisée. Superbe expérience en compagnie de Giuseppe! Malgré la pluie, nous avons passés un très bon moment sans trop de foule.
    Giuseppe sait de quoi il parle et a pu répondre à toutes les questions du groupe.

    A pesar de que la guía que nos toco, fue maravillosa tengo que indicar;
    1) Fatal ubicación y localización de la excursión. Muy, pero que muy mal explicado. Una reserva on line tiene que estar perfectamente localizable. Me volví loca por llegar con mi familia a tiempo en emplazamiento desconocido por turistas como yo. Largo de Agnessi es una pequeńa plaza frente al coliseo, pero nada tenia que ver con la ubicación real. Después de subir unas escaleras, hacia lo que es la pequeńa plaza t     … – show

    We had a small group Palatine Hill + Colosseum tour, our guide, Christa, was prefect! She is lively with interesting facts. The tour felt relaxed and well paced. She gave us all the key facts without being overly long winded. Defintely recommended!

    We did the skip the line Colosseum, Roman Forum & Palatine Hill, with access to the Arena Floor.

    Our guide, Lumi, was amazing. She is such a happy character, with good humour and an awesome amount of knowledge and passion for the history behind our tour.

    The information she gave us was outstanding and she made it interesting to listen to. What a lovely person.

    Would highly recommend this tour.

    Fue una experiencia excelente, hicimos el recorrido del coliseo, foro romano y monte palatino y nos encantó, nuestra guía Sandra una chica maravillosa que hizo que el tour fuera súper interesante y nada aburrido.
