    Equilibrio e delicatezza miscelati a puro genio fanno da padroni.
    Qualità nella materia prima e umiltà nella preparazione sono l’identikit di una Chef geniale.
    Tutto accompagnato da un’ottima accoglienza e ottimo accompagnamento.
    Un’esperienza imperdibile in Palermo.

    One of the best restaurants in Palermo. I was there last year and I came back now and they’re maybe even better. Pasta was full of flavour, antipasti (we had oysters and degustazione di crudi) was very fresh and high quality. For the main course we had octopus salad and zuppa di pesche which were exceptional, innovative and surprising. I would say it’s an italian-fusion cuisine. A bit on the pricey side but worth it.

    il posto è piccolo, la pasta con le vongole era cruda e sapeva solo di pasta aglio e olio, il fritto misto è arrivato solo con pesciolini e calamari piccoli e basta senza dare spiegazioni all'ordine su cosa c'era, il vino sapeva di birra ed costato più della cenasenza considerare che il pane è arrivato con la pasta… non vale assolutamente i soldi che abbiamo speso. si vede che un posto per turisti ed io che sono palermitano mi sono fatto fregare.

    The seafood we had tonight were fresh indeed but shame that the cooking was not among the top in Palermo. Pasta was slightly undercooked.

    Je déconseille ce restaurant. L'une des serveuses a menti en m'indiquant que ce n'était pas possible de seulement retirer des céleris et des carottes d'un plat composé essentiellement de poulpe.

    Ottimo pesce e bella selezione di vini. Le porzioni sono modeste e i prezzi alti, e non solo per la media di Palermo (25€ per una zuppa di pesce!)

    Posto molto carino, servizio cortese e gentile, piatti ottimi e creativi, eseguiti alla perfezione. Sicuramente un indirizzo da tenere a mente se si visita Palermo. Grazie e alla prossima!

    Siamo stati per una cena su consiglio di una amica chef.
    Il locale è accogliente e curato la cucina l'ho trovata innovativa e capace di esaltare i gusti del pesce in modo sublime.
    Forse un po' caro, ma la qualità e la professionalità tutto sommato ripagano il conto.

    Visitato questo ristorante con degli amici dal Nord Italia…Tutto davvero buonissimo!
    Tra i piatti che ci hanno stupito maggiormente ricordo:
    Il set di crudi(gamberi, mazzancolle, seppia, alalunga ecc) la frittura di pesce e il gambero cotto e crudo tra gli antipasti.
    La pasta con nero di seppia e melanzane fritte e la pasta con ragù di grongo e zafferano tra i primi, il polpo con midollo, carote e patate e il pesce del giorno alla brace tra i secondi!

    Esperienza strepitosa!
    Cibo squisito, piatti originali e unici con materia prima freschissima e locale!
    Il tutto accompagnato da ottimi vini naturali siciliani!
    A completare L’esperienza un servizio in sala non invadente, professionale e simpatico! Ci siamo seduti al bancone davanti Enrico e Tiziana che ci hanno fatto piatti che difficilmente troverò da altre parti.
    Ajamola è diventato il mio ristorante di pesce preferito a Palermo!

    My best dining experience in Palermo. Food was delicious and pear dessert itself is worth coming back, it’s heavenly delicious. Very attentive service and genuine hospitality. For an unknown reason it is very common in Palermo to wait for good 20 mins each time you ask for a menu, place an order, ask for a check as well as being charged itself also may take 15—20 mins.     Als je komt, neem dan zeker de crudi (zie foto), die zijn ongewoon lekker en een geweldige combo van Siciliaanse producten met moderne toetsen. Alleen al die antipasto maakt het een bezoek waard. Mijn linguine vongole viel wat tegen, te veel olie en slecht afgekruid. Het gedurfde dessert met ansjovis (!) was dan weer verbazend lekker. Vrouw die ons bediende, was zeer vriendelijk en dé ultieme gastvrouw. Andere ober was dan weer heel stijf en afstandelijk. Gelegen in gezellig steegje en ook binne … – show

    AjaMola was pretty good!! I wouldn’t say anything was incredibly noteworthy, just pleased with our dinner.

    We had a reservation online that was confirmed the day before but when we showed up they clearly couldn’t find it so they sat us in a row of small tables across the street up against a construction barrier which wasn’t the ~most~ upscale experience.
